Lihi Hod Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Lihi Hod (“Lihi Hod,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information collected through our website inquiries, Facebook and Instagram lead forms, appointment requests, and related communications.

Our contact address is 16 Abulafya Street, Tel Aviv, Israel, 6607016. For privacy questions or requests, email Lauri.Epstein@lihihod.com.

1  Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry or appointment request, we collect the information requested in that form. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, city or postal code, wedding date or approximate timeframe, gown budget, collection interests, preferred retailer, and appointment preferences. We also receive any information you choose to include in your message. Please avoid providing sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your inquiry.

When you use a Facebook or Instagram form, Meta may prefill certain contact details. Please check that these details are current before submitting. Where enabled, Meta may ask you to verify your mobile number to help prevent invalid submissions.

2  How we use your information

We use inquiry information to respond to you, understand your preferences, assess whether an event or appointment is suitable, and connect you with the retail partner identified in your request. We also use it to manage follow-up, identify duplicate or suspicious submissions, and assess the performance of our inquiry campaigns.

Required form fields are identified when information is requested. Providing information is voluntary, but we may be unable to process an appointment request without the contact and appointment details needed to respond. Submitting a form does not confirm an appointment or commit you to a purchase.

3  Sharing with retail partners

When you request an appointment or information about a particular retailer or trunk show, we share your contact details and relevant inquiry answers with the named retail partner so its team can respond and arrange your visit. Your inquiry is not a request to be contacted by every retailer in our network. If a different retailer would be more suitable, we will explain the proposed referral before sharing your information with that retailer.

Retail partners may operate as independent businesses and handle the information they receive under their own privacy policies. The relevant retailer should be identified on your form. You may request its privacy policy directly and contact it about information it holds. [CONFIRM THE PARTNERS’ LEGAL ROLES AND AGREED PURPOSES BEFORE PUBLICATION.]

[IF APPLICABLE: Retailers may provide us with appointment status and purchase outcome information so we can follow up and assess campaign effectiveness. Specify exactly which information is returned and whether identifiable outcomes are sent to advertising platforms. Delete this paragraph if this does not occur.]

4  Other recipients

Authorized personnel and service providers may access information to support the purposes described in this policy. Relevant providers may include advertising agencies, website hosts, email and cloud-storage providers, and form or lead-delivery providers. [CONFIRM ACTUAL PROVIDER CATEGORIES AND CONTRACTUAL ARRANGEMENTS.]

We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or when reasonably necessary to establish or defend legal claims. If a business transfer affects your information, any disclosure must remain subject to applicable privacy requirements.

Facebook and Instagram also process information under Meta’s own privacy policy. Their platform practices are separate from our handling of information received from your inquiry. Meta’s policy is available at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.

5  Appointment contact and marketing choices

An appointment request allows us and the named retail partner to respond about that request through the contact channels explained on the form. It does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated promotional messages.
